Course Description: A primer on experiential education and the facilitation process that provides context and framework for equine-based action learning.  The concepts presented are primarily based on the book, Open to Outcome (O2O - reading is a course prerequisite).  This course will provide a basic understanding of experiential facilitation for Equine Experiential Education (E3) programming, or other equine-based work with corporations, youth or individuals.  This is the initial introduction into experiential facilitation and the training courses that follow reinforce and build upon this basic knowledge of facilitation.

Prerequisite:  Please read the following book prior to the teleclass:  Open to Outcome - A practical guide for facilitating and teaching experiential education by Micah Jacobson and Mari Ruddy.
