    • ON-LINE Course Description: 
    • Class participants explore how horses, as co-facilitators, provide an experiential learning experience with value and benefits unlike any other, and how to facilitate those experiences. Takeaways include:
    • Discovering the key aspects of partnering with horses in a conscious and responsible manner while embracing the wisdom of our horse partners
    • Becoming acquainted with the E3A horse activities, how they work, when to use them in different contexts (Corporate, Education and Personal Development), and how to custom-tailor them
    • Developing the ability to interpret the horse/human connection relative to participants individual and group actions during horse activities
    • Acquiring a basic understanding of applied equine experiential facilitation and coaching techniques for trainers
    • Understanding how change occurs and the powerful questions that bring out the best results during the E3A debriefing session

    Carrie Brady, Vice President of E3A, will lead a discussion on partnering with your horses to facilitate personal development and wellness activities. 

    Carrie recently released The Word from the Herd: How to Thrive During a Pandemic and Anything Else Life Might Throw at You, a book featuring 11 powerful practices her horses teach in coaching sessions at Possibilities Farm. 

    Carrie will provide participants with ideas for integrating the tools and techniques in the book into work with their own herds.  All registered participants will receive a complimentary download link to the book.

    Moderators:

     William is the Founder of Chiron Revelations, LLC in Swanton, Vermont. He develops leadership, team building, and self-awareness workshops in online and classroom platforms, as well as in arenas with horses as co-facilitators. He is an experienced higher education instructor and business consultant and is a retired United States Air Force veteran. He earned a master’s degree in Organizational Development and a graduate certificate as a Hopkins Fellows in Managing Change. His certifications include Equine Experiential Education, Appreciative Inquiry, Strengthscope, Future Search, and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.     Margaret is our very own Office Manager for E3A. She has been with us since 2015 and serves as your go-to gal for all questions regarding membership and events. She is E3A trained and looking toward certification with us.  Margaret was involved as a volunteer and board member with a PATH center in Dallas,TX before she moved to Denver, CO. Her coaching career began with Melisa Pearce as her mentor, enrolling in The Equine Gestalt Coaching Certification program and graduated in 2011. She later traveled to CA and studied with Arianna Strozzi at Sky Horse Ranch and was certified as an Equine Guided Educator. Margaret founded her own equine experiential coaching business Authenticity With Horses in 2012 in Evergreen, CO. She is passionate about serving individuals to discover their own passions and reach for their fullest potential as a human being while embracing their authentic self.

    Lissa Pohl, Chief Engagement Officer at EnQ Coaching, is a global expert in somatic intelligence and engagement. Her unique work embraces a number of innovative learning modalities including Equine Assisted Learning (EAL), Lights On LeadershipCoaching, and The Leadership Circle 360 Profile to provide C-Suite leaders the heightened perceptual awareness and feedback they need to fully engage, inspire and lead their organizations.

    Lissa holds a Master’s degree in Transformational Leadership Development and is a Master Trainer for the Equine Experiential Education Association.

    At the University of Kentucky she conducted pioneering research into the effectiveness of Equine Guided Leadership Education to increase Emotional Intelligence in healthcare professionals and has presented on these subjects at leadership conferences worldwide.

    Her clients include the Qatar Foundation, Qatari Diar, HEC Paris Executive Leadership Development, Johnson & Johnson, University of Kentucky Healthcare and Applebee’s Restaurants.
