Ginny Telego
Ginny Telego is the President and Chief Facilitator of The Collaboration Partners, an organizational consulting firm she founded in Ashland, Ohio. Ginny has a vision to transform the way leaders lead and to help reduce conflict by understanding the strengths in diversity among groups. Her primary programs are centered in equine experiential learning workshops where she partners with horses to help participants in leadership programs move from theory to application. Ginny has a Masters Degree in Business Psychology and is a Certified Advanced Practitioner and Master Trainer with the Equine Experiential Education Association (E3A), which is an international organization that trains and certifies practitioners in equine assisted learning for organizations and coaching. Her career includes management experience in several diverse organizational settings and she is passionate about coaching people to achieve their potential in whatever capacity they seek to grow – whether personally or professionally.
As a professional facilitator, Ginny travels in the U.S. and Internationally to facilitate equine experiential leadership and team development with organizations; provides leadership coaching; and trains and mentors facilitators in the field of equine assisted learning. Some of the organizational leadership teams Ginny has engaged in as a facilitator include The Qatar Foundation, HEC Paris Executive MBA Program, Deloitte, Victaulic, IDB Invest, MetLife, Illumina, Ohio Mutual Insurance Company, Kroger and North Central State College as well as a multitude of other companies through the Leadership Ashland and CU Lead programs. As part of her consulting work, Ginny directs and facilitates the Leadership Ashland program, IMPACT Youth Council program, and is a Workforce Development Instructor for North Central State College. She also provides strategic planning consulting to Ashland County non-profit organizations through the Ashland County Community Foundation.
Ginny is Past President of the E3A Board of Directors and has recently returned to the E3A Board to serve the organization. She is a member of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee at North Central State College and was one of a group of 6 women to be the first female inductees to the Ashland Noon Lions Club in 2018.
Ginny lives with her husband, Greg, on their farm in Ashland, OH with two full size horses, three miniature horses, three fun-loving Australian Shepherds and a very sassy calico cat.
