She is now Director of Coaching at ExecOnline, a professional development company in New York City that partners with elite business schools to deliver a portfolio of 100+ leadership trainings for Fortune 500 company executives. Her specialty is helping leaders—from emerging managers to C-suite executives—lead without authority in a matrixed organization, increase executive presence, and establish their leadership brand and mission. She supports high-performing executives navigating critical inflection points transform the way they think, communicate, manage, and lead in corporate environments

The third generation in a professional rodeo family, she grew up on the rodeo trail competing, performing as a trick rider, and working for rodeo production companies. JimiBeth was on the equestrian team in college, and currently supports the Women’s Pro Rodeo Association with social media promotion of their major events.

In addition to her client work in 1:1 coaching with horses and group facilitation, most of her riding is now casual and occasionally includes helping her mom deliver riding lessons.

JimiBeth has an advanced diploma in Coaching from New York University, a bachelor’s degree in Teaching of Spanish, and a master’s degree in Applied Spanish Linguistics from the University of Illinois. She is currently completing a doctorate in Applied Learning Sciences from the University of Miami.
