The Strategic Action Steering Committee is responsible for overseeing E3A’s strategic positioning as the premier global industry leader in Equine-Assisted Learning (EAL).

Responsibilities include:

• Assessing and monitoring risks concerning the strategic plan
• Assisting in adapting the course work to the current climate
• Overseeing the execution of strategies across all committees
• Producing progress reports of milestones established by the Board
• Collaborating with committees to provide support to strategic efforts
