Can we pause and take a moment to think about what the horses tell us about being in a herd?
They’ve spent millions of years surviving because they take care of each other, yet stay independent and unique.
They allow each to be their own horse, yet, keep the group safe.
They rely on the experience and knowledge of the older horses, the keen eyes of the lead stallion and the wisdom of the lead mare all the while having fun and staying in the present.
All, much like the benefits of being in the E3A organization which gives our members the experience of others already doing the work and a place to find advice, safety and support to travel your own unique path.
We are so glad you are part of the E3A herd and hope you join us in person or virtually to continue in sharing our herd wisdom with one another at our International Conference in October!
