The inner World of the Trainer

Establish how to combine Equine Assisted Learning with a Interdependent approach to bring about transformation with your participants..

This E3A Enrichment Class will explore how and why EAL facilitators & their equine partners benefit from an Interdependent partnership. We will examine the powerful methodology of incorporating an Interdependent leadership approach to deliver life changing results to clients. We will demonstrate how to leverage the powerful Interdependent relationship building skill to prepare participants to meet their horses at the “gate” of their arenas. As an E3A facilitator, you can up-level your EAL programs’ value and deliverables by embodying personalized Interdependent leadership strengths in the arena.

Prerequisites: You must be a current member of E3A and completed C1, C2, & C3.

Length/Format: ! day arena class

Learning Objectives:

Gain arena experience partnering with horses using Interdependence concepts.
Recognize the unique power that exists between horses and humans when utilizing Interdependent relationship building skills.
Experience the upleveling of the E3A facilitation model by engaging Interdependence Leadership into healthy herd dynamics.
Utilize an Interdependence mindset and discover how to integrate it into horse human partnerships to create.
Understand how an Interdependence approach enhances the productivity of the Facilitation team, improves leadership skills and empowers clients to uncover the results they desire.
