Our website and its content is owned by the Equine Experiential Education Association, (hereby referred to as “E3A”, “Association”, “we”, or “us”). The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of E3A (“website”).
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use your information. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. The use of information collected through our website shall be limited to the purposes under this Privacy Policy,

The Equine Experiential Education Association (E3A) is committed to ensuring the security and protection of the personal information submitted to us and/or is processed by us, by members and visitors alike, and to provide a consistent approach to data protection.
We at E3A want you to know we are in full compliance with all GDPR guidelines. In fact, the standards of our existing privacy policy exceed those of the GDPR, in that we never share or sell your personal data ever, for any reason. The big change for us has been creating documentation of our policies and procedures that were already in place.

We at the Equine Experiential Education Association (E3A) collect information in the following ways:
Newsletter Opt-In: The names and addresses voluntarily submitted by those who subscribe to our newsletter. By providing your email to us when you sign up for our newsletter, you are providing consent for us to save that information for that specific purpose. You may unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by simply clicking “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of each issue.
Membership: If you choose to join E3A, we save the information you submit in your membership application and profile. Be assured, we never share it.
Event & Class Registration: If you are an E3A Member or a Non-Member who has registered for a class or event, we save the information you provide, but again, we never share it.
Payment: We do not save any credit card information.
Please note your Personal Data is always given to us voluntarily. You may request that we delete your Personal Data at any point by contacting Office Manager, Margaret Wilson (staff@e3assoc.org)
Who Sees My Personal Data?
We store your data internally. Your Personal Data will only be accessed by those who help to obtain, manage or store that information, or who have a legitimate need to know such information (i.e., our newsletter provider or our team).
