For our March 2021 E3A Member Professional Development Meeting, E3A master trainer Lissa Pohl shares insights from a paper she co-authored recommending the use of optimal terminology to describe the various types of equine-assisted services.
Bio: Lissa is a global expert in somatic intelligence and engagement. Her work embraces several innovative learning modalities including Equine Assisted Learning, Lights On Leadership Coaching, The Leadership Circle 360 Profile and The Art of Alignment, to provide leaders the heightened perceptual awareness and feedback they need to fully engage, inspire and lead their organizations. She holds a Master’s degree in Transformational Leadership Development and is an E3A Master Trainer. Lissa is coauthor of the best-selling book Transforming Your Life (2019) and an article on optimal terminology for Equine-assisted Services published in the Journal of Alternative and Complimentary Medicine (2020).
