What sets E3A apart from other EAL organizations is our focus on the horse as our partner in facilitating change.

E3A’s facilitation model is based on adult experiential learning and facilitation theories and methods (Kolb, Pfeiffer- Jones) 

E3A focuses on the effective facilitation of Equine Assisted Learning development programs that cater to corporate, coaching, leadership, team building, Personal Development and Wellbeing, and educational clientele, as distinguished from therapeutic models (EAP, EAAT etc.)

We serve primarily coaches who want to expand their expertise and services with clients using an equine partner to facilitate change.

Yes, we have a number of certified individuals who have offered their services as a consultant to our membership. We verify their competencies to support you and your growing EAL business. The consultant offers these services through their own business, not E3A.

We currently do not have a separate formal business development program. We do offer some business basics within the certification process and strongly encourage members to seek help after certification with a Master Trainer. 

No, we welcome all walks of life, all horsemen and women who want to experience the EAL industry.

Our network is comprised of open-minded practitioners and professionals who have a passion for the field of Equine Assisted Learning and for the physical safety and emotional well-being of both horses and humans

On occasion we offer promotional events open to the general public for a nominal fee. But yes, all of our offerings - on line and in the arena - require membership.

Your membership is annual, with renewal due on the anniversary date of first application.

We are found nationally and internationally with host facilities all over the US, the UK and Europe for our arena work.

We offer a number of our programs on-line for foundational material and enrichment classes.
