September – Introduction to Equine Experiential Education Facilitation Method

Have you been considering adding a new revenue stream that brings your clients breakthrough results?

Perhaps you have wondered just how much horses can bring to your practice as a mental health professional, coach or consultant?

Many coaches, consultants and mental health professionals, just like you, are seeking different methods to bring transformation to their personal and professional development work as well as add lucrative income streams.

This primer course on experiential education and the facilitation process provides context and framework for equine-based action learning, begins your journey into certification and answers the burning questions you have about this work.

It is a way to dip your toe in the water of facilitation in the framework of equine assisted learning.

The concepts presented are primarily based on the book, Open to Outcome (O2O – reading is a course prerequisite). You will gain a basic understanding of experiential facilitation for Equine Experiential Education (E3) programming, or other equine-based work with corporations, youth or individuals.

– Gain clarity about facilitating the Equine Experiential Education programming for your scope of work.
– Understand how this training enhances your practice and expands your work.
– Get your questions answered by one of our Master Trainers with years (or decades) of experience in this field.

This is the initial step into experiential facilitation and the training courses that follow to reinforce and build upon this basic knowledge of facilitation.

Prerequisite: Please read the following book prior to the webinar: Open To Outcome: A Practical Guide for Facilitating and Teaching Experiential Reflection by Micah Jacobson and Mari Ruddy. Either edition is ok for class. Book can be found at Amazon.com.
